At BarberSupplies, we stand behind the quality of our professional grooming tools and offer a 30-day return window for unused, sealed products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, shears, razors, and opened liquids cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all blades are protected and liquids are tightly sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
